All changes/cancellation requests must be made in writing 30 days in advance.

Membership year: 12 month contract.

Yearly payments: Must be paid in full in advance.

Monthly payments are made through automatic withdrawal via credit card, checking or savings account.

Credit cards accepted: Visa, MasterCard, Discover or Debit

Enrollment Fee: One time fee, provided membership status remains current.

Cancellation of membership after 12 month contract nullifies membership privileges. New membership fee may be required on any re-enrollment once membership has expired over 30 days.

Special event fee not included in any membership package

Family: Husband, wife and children 21 and under, living at home or children 26 and under, living at home who are full time students.

Junior: 18 years of age or younger. Junior must have a parent or guardian co-sign application.

Converting memberships: No status may be lowered during the contract year. After anniversary date, changes may be made.

Lockers are available daily or can be rented for $24.00 per year.

Membership enrollment fee and dues subject to Ohio state sales tax.
