Boot Camp
Description
Boot camp is a workout program designed by the trainers at ASAP that helps you get in shape by training like an athlete. It is a combination of strength training and conditioning that will help you improve strength, lower body fat, improve body composition, and improve your Aerobic and Anaerobic capacity.
Instructor Bio
Jamie Ray - B.S. from the University of Cincinnati. Jamie has been working in the area of health and fitness for 10 years, training individuals, small groups, and teams ranging from people of all ages. He is currently the owner of the performance training company, Athletic Strength and Power and is the director of the Western Sports Mall’s new health club.
